High-pressure die casting

High pressure die casting of aluminum alloy is a kind of precision casting method which uses high pressure to force the aluminum alloy into the metal mold with complex shape. Die casting is one of the most widely used casting processes.
At present, Dongrun is equipped with 1 set of 1650 tons,1 set of 1250 tons, 2 sets of 800 tons, and 2 sets of 280 tons of die casting machines, which can produce a maximum of 800mm/piece and weigh about 10kg.
 

Gravity casting

Gravity casting is usually a manual process using ladles of molten aluminum alloy metal. However, for certain high-volume applications, it is also possible to use automatic ladle casting of molten aluminum alloy metal. The flling speed and direction can also be controlled by tilting the mold, and Dongrun has several tilting gravity casting machines to meet the performance needs of your products. 

 

 

Sand casting

Suitable for manufacturing large parts.
The ability to adapt to modeling conditions is very strong, is a long history, and the most widely used process method.
The economic efect is excellent: sand casting is hand operation, workers need many years of casting experience, the mold cost is low,the casting unit price is relatively high, suitable for large size, small quantity of production.
 

Centrifugal casting

Centrifugal casting is the technology and method of injecting liquid metal into the high-speed rotating mold, so that the liquid metal does centrifugal movement to fll the mold and casting the parts. Due to the centrifugal movement, the liquid metal can fll the mold well in the radial direction and form a free surface of the casting. A cylindrical inner hole can be obtained without a core. Help to eliminate gases and inclusions in liquid metals; It afects the crystallization process of the metal, thereby improving the mechanical and physical properties of the casting.

Low pressurecasting

Low pressure casting is a repeatable casting process for aluminum alloy castings. These castings can be used for relatively small production volumes or when heat treatment is required to improve the mechanical properties of different materials. Low pressure castings have higher tolerances, surface smoothness, and high-quality casting results.
